Our main method of communication is via our MailChimp-driven newsletter. The main purpose of this newsletter is to showcase Remote Viewing skills and share on-going Remote Viewing project research. Very occasionally, new product offerings may be announced via this newsletter. Also, very occasionally, electronic surveys may be offered.
Our goals are to empower and uplift people with this remarkable skill. Therefore, it is our ultimate aim to use any of your personal information to these ends.

We DO NOT collect financial information from you (e.g. credit card numbers or bank information). If you do purchase an online course or service, this transaction would be done by an external financial services transaction corporation, such as PayPal.

We DO NOT allow third parties to use Data Technologies on our site.
We DO NOT sell or give any of your personal data to third parties.
Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or other public authorities as well as judicial authorities, courts or tribunals to share Personal Data with them or other parties. Retention of Personal Data
We will only keep your information, including Personal Data, as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which Personal Data is collected as stated herein; for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us, if any; and to comply with legal and statutory obligations, such as in tax, trade and corporate laws.
When we no longer need your Personal Data for our purposes, we will destroy, delete or erase that Personal Data or convert it into an anonymous form.

Standard Remote Viewing will take reasonable steps to protect your information, including Personal Data, in our possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. When enrolled in our Newsletter, Personal Data is collected by MailChimp, resides on their data servers, and are subject to their security protocol.
Your Choices
If you do not wish to receive information regarding our products, services, special offers and upcoming events, please click on the “Unsubscribe” link shown on our emails and electronic newsletters to you or contact us here and we will remove your name from our mailing lists.
You may access your Personal Data and correct, amend, or delete any of the Personal Data you have provided to us on this site by contacting us here. Please include your name, address, and/or e-mail address when you contact us.
It is possible that you may be denied access to your Personal Data, or may not be able to delete all your Personal Data. For instance, access can be denied when: giving one person access would compromise another’s privacy rights; disclosure is likely to interfere with the safeguarding of national security, defense, or public security; and disclosure could interfere with law enforcement or legal actions.
Your EU Privacy Rights
Our primary method of communication is via a MailChimp-driven newsletter. Using MailChimp’s automated tools, we have made efforts to comply with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In so doing, we have set up a double opt-in policy, in which a customer must respond to a confirmation e-mail, confirming that they wish to receive our newsletter.
We have also enabled a reCAPTCHA confirmation checkbox, to protect against automated software enrolling e-mails in our newsletter without permission.
If you are using our Services from the EU or where applicable EU data protection laws so provide, you may exercise the following rights regarding your Personal Data:
Access
You have the right to obtain from us confirmation if your Personal Data is being processed and certain information in this regard.
Rectification
You have the right the request the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data and to have incomplete data completed.
